Our returns policy for products purchased through our online shop.
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where the fault is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We will organise return shipping.
To report a faulty item, contact us by phone or email with your order details and a description of the fault:
If you have ordered the wrong product, we are happy to exchange it provided the item is unopened and in resaleable condition. Get in touch to arrange the exchange and we will let you know how to return the original item.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If the replacement product is a different price, any difference will need to be settled at the time of exchange.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your order. If you are unsure which product is right for your equipment, contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.
