The Thirsty Whale
At The Thirsty Whale we have installed SwiftPOS Point of Sale with the latest touch screen terminals interfaced to menu boards, EFTPOS terminals and CCTV system.
They have 3 remote sites all run from the one set of Back Office software, giving the 'Head Office' full control, as well as remote access clients so remote sites can still make changes and view reports when required.
Taradale RSA
The Taradale RSA have SwiftPOS touch screens interfaced to EFPTOS terminals and menu boards. They also use our loyalty system. Members swipe their card for every transaction and they automatically receive a discount voucher after reaching the $100 threshold.
Clubs Hastings
With over 3,500 members, Clubs Hastings is one of the biggest in the country.
In 2016 they shifted to a brand new premises and we fitted them out with SwiftPOS throughout the different bars and restaurant.
They utilise the membership module, printing members cards directly from the database.
When customers order food it gets sent directly to the order screen in the kitchen as well as a printer.
Staff logon to the system using RF wristbands, eliminating the need to remember a number and ensuring every transaction is logged against the correct staff member.
